So, at 22, I took a leap of faith and started Synergy Creations. It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows at the start but I was determined to make it work. I had two of my friends helping me out and together, fueled by caffeine and the idea of making it big one day – we worked 24/7. The biggest challenge was convincing people that we weren’t just another fly-by-night company. But we knew what we were doing and what results we could bring in, so it was a matter of time that we got the recognition we deserved.

Now, at 24, I can say that taking that leap of faith was the best decision I ever made. What started with me and my two friends is now an expanding company of 25+ full-time employees, serving a wide clientele around the world.

We’ve had our fair share of bumps in the road—like the time when we took on too much work and learned the hard way that saying ‘no’ can be just as powerful as saying ‘yes’. But every mistake has been a lesson that’s helped us grow.

Leading a team at 24 isn’t a piece of cake either. I’ve learned that leading isn’t about being the loudest in the room. It’s about listening, helping, guiding, and knowing when to step back.
